Notes from the May 12th reunion planning meeting:
- Attendees: Penny Dondero, Renee Haggard, Greg Monnig, Mary Beth Schellin, Matt Wuerstl
- Went through list of classmates still needing to be located. Haven't found many new classmates since last meeting.
- Greg sent letters to those classmates for whom we only have postal addresses
- Matt will send a list classmates emails to those who volunteered to send out email.
We will send emails to everyone to make sure they know about the RSVP deadline.
- Need to check with Mary Bissinger about addresses she had at the last meeting to make sure we sent them all letters.
- T-shirts for game on Sunday
- Mary Beth got a price quote for t-shirts.
- We decided to sell them for $10 with your RSVP and $15 at the reunion.
- We'll decide how many extras to order at the next meeting.
- Need to place the order several weeks before the reunion.
- Dragons Game RSVPs
- Discussed number of RSVPs. Need to get the word out about the deadline.
- Need 75 people attending to keep our private group status in the outfield.
- Set next meeting date for July 14th
- Need to finalize budget for decorations and decide on the moonwalk for kids on Saturday.
- Matt will ask for input about meeting location again.
